Sharing knowledge builds trust. Here you’ll find the key documents, maps and resources that explain how Waikato Waters operates, how decisions are made, and how we report back to our communities.
Our kaupapa is transparency: the more people understand how water is managed, the better we can all protect it together.
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, or if you’d like help understanding a technical report, please contact us. Our team will provide explanations, summaries or translations where needed. It’s part of our responsibility to make knowledge accessible to everyone.
All water assets remain publicly owned and will continue to serve the people of the Waikato. They will never be sold or transferred overseas. Our water, our decisions, our responsibility.
